Barn Moving

Bud the neighbor gave us a semi-trailer to use as a barn for keeping our hay dry.
We dragged it down the road to our house with a skid-steer.

It was a 40′ refrigerated trailer that had been cut in half.

We call it The Bud Barn.

The one in Franklin, Idaho does… and stoves.
Franklin is the oldest town in Idaho, it’s about 6 minutes south of Preston.

There was a parade there during the Napoleon Dynamite festival.

Bike and Rollerblade race.

Watching the Bike / Rollerblade races were fun. Some rollerbladers didn’t have the ’stopping thing’ figured out.
Contestants had to race down Main Street and then stop and switch bikes and rollerblades and race back to the starting line.

It’s Kris and Keri from the Happy Hands signing club. I think it’s Kris in the green. We went to their performance tonight. It was excellent.
(The actual name is the Good Hands club.)

Many of you know that I was a stagehand in Vegas for years. I’ve seen a lot of different acts, some good… some not so good.
I have to say that I was very impressed with their show.
The club just returned from performing at Disneyland. They are going to perform in Florida next month.
